By using disclosureufo.com you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site. They apply to every page, every download, and every email or tip you send us.

We may update these terms; the version published here is always the current one. Material changes will be noted at the top.

Case data. Wherever possible, the cases on this site are sourced from public records — FOIA releases, court testimony, congressional records, declassified documents. Public-record material is not owned by us; we just curate it.

Original writing and design. The editorial copy, page layouts, and design system on this site are ours. Don’t copy them wholesale. Quoting and citing with a link is fine and welcomed.

Original Suno music. Songs and music videos in the music section are AI-composed originals licensed for personal listening on this site. Commercial sync, remix, or republication requires written permission.

Paid ebooks. Ebooks purchased through the site are licensed for personal use only — one reader, any device you own. No redistribution, no resale, no posting to file-sharing networks.

You agree not to:

• Scrape or bulk-download the site or its API outside the rate limits in our robots.txt.
• Defame, harass, or threaten witnesses, researchers, or other readers.
• Misrepresent yourself as DisclosureUFO staff.
• Upload malware, attempt to break authentication, or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Use the archive to harass or doxx individuals named in case files.

Witnesses are people. Many of them have taken real reputational risk to go on the record. Treat them accordingly.

When you submit material to tips@disclosureufo.com or any intake form, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, store, and use that material in our editorial work — including publishing it on the site.

We do not claim ownership of your underlying material. You retain copyright in anything you authored.

Source identity is protected. We will not publish your name, email, or identifying details without your consent. If you ask for confidentiality, we treat that as binding.

Do not send classified material you are not legally entitled to share. Do not send material protected by NDA you have signed. We can’t indemnify you.

DisclosureUFO publishes journalism and archival material. It is not legal advice, not medical advice, not psychiatric advice, not scientific advice. Cases are sourced from public record where possible; we do our best to verify but errors are possible.

Inclusion of a case in the archive is not an endorsement of every claim made by a witness. We classify cases by tier (A / B / C) precisely because rigour varies. Read the sources. Make your own assessment.

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DisclosureUFO and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site — including loss of data, lost profits, or reputational harm.

Our total liability for any claim related to the site is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months or (b) one hundred US dollars.

We may revise these terms. The “last updated” date at the top tells you when. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms. For substantial changes — rights you give up, new fees — we’ll notify subscribers in advance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

If any clause here is found unenforceable, the rest of the terms still apply.
